Startup is typically less than 10 min

Logon:

Here you will use your own Username and Password. We will use the shared Free Demo account.

Startup:

At startup, it takes just a minute to collect information from the cloud.

Orientation:

There are two sides to the screen

Visitor Registration on the left.

Visitor Log on the right.

Lets register a new visitor:

Change category if wanted.

Type in name: Fred Jones

Take a photo. Show zoom&center

Type in destination: 4th floor

Print badge

See that Fred Jones is now listed in Signed-in list.

Now lets sign him out:

Click on Fred Jones and select "Sign-out"

See that Fred Jones is now in the "Signed-out" list

Reports:

The "Visitors Log" shows all activity for the facility. You can filter by visitor category, and by date range.

The "Individual Visitor Detail" shows activity for an individual visitor. You can filter by date range.

You can view on screen or print. You can also export to PDF, Excel, or Word.
