eVisitorPass Beta Testing Agreement.

Visitor Pass Solutions is accepting beta testers for eVisitorPass.

We are offering:

Free eVisitorPass software license for 1 year from date below
Free installation and support
Free eVisitorPass black and white printer
Free roll of 250 labels (your choice of type)
$490 value

Optional equipment for purchase:

Additional labels as necessary
Camera
Desktop camera stand
Sign-out scanner
License scanner (when available)

In exchange for the above, Beta testers are required to use eVisitorPass to register visitors and give us feedback via the online Product Evaluation Survey. You agree to take the Product Evaluation Survey:

Within first couple of days after installation (>5 visitors)
Again after 1 week (>20 visitors)
Once a month for the duration of the free license.

If you would like to exit the Beta Testing Program before the end of the year, the software and equipment may be purchased for the regular price of $490, or it may be returned to us.
