How to install eVisitorPass on a Mac.

One tested solution is to use Oracle's Virtual Box to create a Windows computer inside your Mac.


What you need:
  • Mac with at least 4 GB RAM.  More is recommended.
  • Oracle's Virtual Box (Free)  (click here)
  • Windows 7 license


Installation:
  • Download and install VirtualBox.
  • Create a Windows 7 virtual computer with 2 GB RAM
  • Install Windows 7 on it.  Get all the Windows Updates.
  • Install eVisitorPass as normal.


Tested:
  • DYMO printer                            - tested successful 
  • Sign out scanner                      - tested successful
  • Camera                                     - tested unsuccessful
  • Drivers License reader            - not compatible
  • New Drivers License reader   - tested successful
