eVisitor Printing Troubleshooting
DYMO
- Does the DYMO 450 Turbo show up not grayed out in "Devices and Printers"?
- If it shows up in "Unknown Devices" and won't show up in "Printers" look at this article. LabelWriter USB 3 Fix.
- Can you print a "Windows Test Page"?
- Check that labels loaded into the printer correctly (labels facing down)
- Replug the USB cord
- Plug into a different USB port
- Check your printer driver settings
- Check that your printer driver us up to date
- Check that Windows Updates are up to date
- Replace the USB cord
4 Inch Labels:
- Try printing to "DYMO 30256 Shipping Labels". If you can't print to DYMO 30256 labels, you won't be able to print to our 4" labels.
3 Inch Labels:
- Try printing to "DYMO 30324 Name Badge" or "DYMO 30258 Diskette Labels. If you cannot print to one of these, you won't be able to print to our 3" labels.
- We can help you test printing with eVisitorPass. This can help issolate an issue.
Zebra printer troubleshooting
eVisitor and your zebra printer are designed to be easy to own and operate.
If you are having trouble with your printer, this guide should help.
1) If everything is working properly, you should be able to feed a single label several times in a row reliably. If you cannot, then eVisitor will have problems printing. To do this, press the center FEED button once.
Most common issues:
- Set the rolls brackets
- Set the label sensor
- Clean the label path
- Test that you can reliably feed a single label. If you cannot after trying these steps, contact us for assistance.
