Service Level Agreement

Our goal is for eVisitorPass to be a highly available, infinitely scalable, easy to use service.

Effective dates
This agreement is in effect for one year from signing.

Network availability
eVisitorPass is hosted by a first-tier cloud services infrastructure.  We are currently using Microsoft's Azure platform which guarantees greater than 99% uptime.  (more info http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/sla/)

Updates will be published as often as once a week.  Information updates and maintenance notifications will appear on the eVisitorPass screen.
